Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

We offer services for purchase through our website via our third-party payment processor, Stripe. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of Stripe.

• Refund Policy: For any questions or concerns regarding payments or to request a refund, you must contact the clinic directly by phone at (704) 900-2909 or by visiting us at our physical location.
• Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, you must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• No Refunds: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or if you fail to show up for your appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund.
